Over the years, Polina has been involved in M&A transactions and commercial agreements. She conducts legal due diligence, review and draft transaction documents (share purchase agreements, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, etc.), and ensure that all compliance aspects are met. When it comes to mergers, acquisitions, or commercial contracts, she doesn’t just dot the i’s— she makes sure the entire deal is structured for success, both legally and commercially.

Formerly a Junior Partner leading the Corporate and Commercial Practice at one of the prominent firms in Cambodia, she specialized in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements. She assisted clients to manage the deals from end-to-end, from drafting of board resolutions to negotiating joint ventures, from advising on regulatory compliance to closing major transactions. Whether it’s conducting legal due diligence or drafting a commercial agreement, she always brought precision and strategic insight to the table.

Polina earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from both Lumière Lyon II University and the Royal University of Law and Economics, through a dual-degree program based in Cambodia, in 2010  and pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) in Private Law (Business Law) at Lumière Lyon II University in France in 2012.
